Greenville District’s Great Day Of Service will be held at Advent UMC on April 21, 2012. We will gather together to bring donated food products for local food ministries and we will sort, pack and make ready to ship 285,000 meals through the Stop Hunger Now network. This is the first in a regular series of hunger updates that you will be receiving about this event.
Worldwide, over 2 billion people subsist on less than $2 per day. We can and should do something about this! Please help to rally your church to be a big part of the District-wide Great Day Of Service on April 21st. We will need to raise $72,000 and have over 1,000 volunteers for the event!
